Leading child rights agency Save the Children Australia has welcomed the opening of the new Wyndham Early Learning Activity Centre (WELA) yesterday.

The first film of seven to engage local residents about the prevalence of racism in the Parramatta area will launch at Parramatta's Event Cinemas as well as online.
