Labor would lose Lingiari if Liberals put up Indigenous candidate: Owen Carter

Vince Coulthard attacks SA Government for ignoring High Court order over land rights

vince coulthardThe South Australian Labor Government has ignored a High Court ruling to pay Aboriginal landowners costs of about $200,000 they incurred while fighting a legal challenge over land rights.

Aboriginal Affairs Minister, Paul Caica has also failed to meet the two Aboriginal groups Labor challenged in the courts as he was ordered to by the Supreme Court more than 18 months ago.
