The Western Australian Supreme Court has been told Yindjibarndi Elder, Mavis Pat had been "pressured" to sign an injunction application to prevent the Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation from holding its annual general meeting.
Mrs Pat is the mother of John Pat, who was killed in 1983 after being attacked by five off duty police officers outside Roebourne's Victoria Hotel.
