Krakouer, Wellingham shine as Magpies dispose of Eagles

afl sharrod_wellinghamA brilliant six minute burst from Dale Thomas, another strong performance by Andrew Krakouer and some individual brilliance from Sharrod Wellingham lit the spark as Collingwood climbed into an AFL preliminary final with a comeback 10.13 (73) to 9.6 (60) win over West Coast at the MCG on Saturday night.

The Magpies will now meet Sydney this Friday night to decide a grand final...

Chance Bateman calls time with his “family club” at Hawthorn

Chance Bateman was in many ways a trailblazer at Hawthorn and he will forever be remembered as the man that paved the way for the club to recruit Indigenous footballers.
