The 2012 Aboriginal Power Cup Grand Final boys competition was taken out by Salisbury High School (11.8.74) who played Murray Bridge High School (8.9.57), and the girls competition by Murray Bridge High School (7.9.51) who played Salisbury High School (3.5.23).

Patty Mills hits buzzer-beating three-pointer to down Russia

patty mills_aus_v_russiaA Patrick Mills buzzer-beater that toppled the highly rated Russian side sent the Australian Boomers basketball side into the Olympic Games quarter finals oozing with confidence.

Mills nailed a clutch three pointer with no time left on the clock to lift the Boomers to a 82-80 win over Russia in their last match of the preliminary rounds at the London Olympics.
