Rocky’s a mission that’s sustainable

Striding into the Redfern gymnasium last week I was confronted with a sparring session taking place - a pounding of the heavy bag. The place was packed to the rafters as fighters of all divisions, all grades in action, some with smart footwork, others doing floor exercises.

Titans come back to reality after Canberra wins easily

scott princeOne week premiership contenders, the next competition chumps. The Gold Coast Titans came crashing back to reality on Saturday in the NRL competition when they were beaten all ends up by a rough and ready Canberra Raiders outfit 24-12 at Skilled Park Stadium on the Gold Coast.
