Sam Thaiday says any NRL club denying chicken wing tackle is lying

The latest victim of Rugby League's wrestling scourge, Sam Thaiday says any NRL club that claims it does not train in the controversial tactic is lying.

Thaiday said he felt for Ben Teo who was suspended on Monday for a month for a chicken wing on the Broncos backrower.

Thaiday said the incident was the result of both players struggling to win the play the ball and he was only in pain at the time because the shoulder Teo was wrestling was already injured.
